1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the My Comic Series application (“App”) provided by Dijital Kafa Bilişim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (“we”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, stories, and other content you provide (“Your Content”). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the App and to deliver the comics you create.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to use any photos you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not upload images of public figures or anyone other than yourself and people who have consented.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to create or share content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or harassing
• Is sexually explicit or exploits minors
• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity
• Attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the App or its systems

We may use automated and manual moderation and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Comics are generated using artificial intelligence. Results may vary and may not always be accurate or as expected. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the comics you create for personal and commercial purposes, in line with your subscription plan.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
